ck33 Platform Terms & Conditions

ck33 is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between ck33 and each individual who uses the platform ("User" or "you").

By accessing, browsing, or using this platform, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

ck33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be given advance notice of major changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To open an account and use ck33, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• The applicant must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• Each individual may open only one account.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided during account registration.
• Opening an account under a third party's identity is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and information provided at registration must be active and valid.

ck33 reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration at a later stage. The verification process may require a photo ID, national identity card, or other supporting documents. If the information is found to be false or incomplete, the account may be suspended or terminated.

Keeping your ck33 account secure is entirely your responsibility. You should not share your password or login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.

3.1 Account Uniqueness

Only one account is permitted per user. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts and their balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Updating Information

If any registered account details change — such as your mobile number or email — you must notify the ck33 support team right away. The user is responsible for any service disruption caused by outdated information.

3.3 Account Inactivity

Accounts that remain continuously inactive for an extended period may be temporarily suspended. You will need to contact the support team to reactivate your account.

The ck33 platform currently supports three methods for depositing and withdrawing funds: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Transactions through any other method are not processed.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.

4.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.

4.3 Transaction Verification

ck33 reserves the right to verify any transaction. If a fraudulent or suspicious transaction is detected, it may be placed on hold and further information may be requested.

4.4 Third-Party Transactions

Using another person's account or identity to conduct transactions is prohibited. Deposits and withdrawals on an account must be made from the same mobile banking account belonging to the same account owner.

ck33 offers a welcome bonus for new users and various promotional offers for existing users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. For deposits of ৳14,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 applies, giving a total of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount (not to the deposit plus bonus combined). The wagering requirement is 15 times. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for gaming.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• ck33 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings in cases of fraudulent bonus use.
• The expiry date of each bonus is stated with the respective offer; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.

5.4 VIP Program

The ck33 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8% cashback), Gold (up to 1.1% cashback), and Platinum (up to 1.5% cashback). You can move up to a higher tier through regular gaming activity.

A variety of games are available on the ck33 platform, including slots, live casino, and sports betting. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed when the game is opened.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

ck33 is committed to ensuring fair play. The outcome of all games is determined in a fair and transparent manner. If any user attempts to cheat the system, their account will be suspended immediately.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet limit, which is displayed in the game window. Separate limits may apply when wagering from a bonus balance.

6.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error in any game, ck33 reserves the right to void the relevant round and refund the wagered amount. Winnings generated from bets placed during an error may be considered void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck33 platform:

• Operating or creating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — using strategic betting methods to exploit the system.
• Playing games through automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Selling, transferring, or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Fraud, collusive betting, or collusion against other users.
• Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security systems.
• Opening an account with false information or evading the verification process.

All content on the ck33 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of ck33. Reproducing, distributing, or using these materials for commercial purposes without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

The platform may include third-party game software (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe). The intellectual property of these providers is protected under their respective copyrights.

ck33 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. ck33's liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the platform is limited.

• ck33 is not responsible for loss of a game round or wager due to internet disconnection.
• ck33 will not bear liability for losses caused by issues with the user's device or browser.
• ck33 has no liability for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• ck33 is not responsible for account losses caused by the user's own negligence or sharing of their password.

However, ck33 is committed to maintaining an honest and transparent relationship with its users at all times. If any issue arises, contacting the support team will result in a prompt effort to resolve it.

ck33 may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false identity or documents.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• An account being operated by or on behalf of a minor.

Users may also request account closure at any time by notifying the support team. An opportunity to withdraw any available legitimate balance will be provided before the account is closed, however any bonus balance will be cancelled.

ck33 reserves the right to revise, change, or update these Terms at any time. Users will be informed in advance of significant changes — either via email or by displaying a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as the user's acceptance of the revised Terms. It is therefore recommended that you revisit this page from time to time.

In the event of a dispute or complaint, please contact the ck33 support team first. Our team will analyse the issue as quickly as possible and work toward a resolution.

If the issue remains unresolved after contacting the support team, both parties will seek a resolution through mutual discussion. ck33 believes in resolving disputes in a fair and transparent manner at all times.
